By creating an account or using SnuggleTyme you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
SnuggleTyme generates personalised bedtime stories from the details you provide and delivers them by email. Stories are created by AI and are for entertainment and bonding; they are not a substitute for professional advice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must be authorised to provide details about the children on your account.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and renewal dates are shown at checkout and in your settings. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Do not use SnuggleTyme for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful content, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
SnuggleTyme owns the software and brand. Stories generated for your children are provided for your personal, family use. You may print and keep them.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnuggleTyme is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
