How we protect your family's data — and your child's.

SnuggleTyme is a product of Rolems Media. We provide personalised bedtime stories for children. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the UK Age-Appropriate Design Code.
To create personalised stories we store your email, your child's name, age, favourite animal, colour, and theme. We also store your account credentials (hashed), subscription status, and delivery preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We treat children's data as the most sensitive data we hold. We collect only what is needed to generate a story, we do not profile children for advertising, and we apply age-appropriate safeguards by default. You may request deletion of your child's data at any time.
We use your data to generate and email bedtime stories, manage your subscription, and provide customer support. Email addresses are used only to deliver the service you signed up for and are never shared for marketing by third parties.
We process your data on the basis of contract (to deliver your subscription), legitimate interest (to secure and improve the service), and consent (for optional communications). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port, and erase your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email hello@snuggletyme.com. You may also unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in every message.
We keep account data for the life of your subscription and a short period afterwards for legal compliance, then delete it. Stories are retained so you can revisit them in your library; you can request deletion of individual stories or your whole account.
