What cookies we use, and why.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites remember you between visits. We also use your browser’s local storage for the same kinds of purpose, and this policy covers both.
These keep you signed in, protect your session, and remember your preferences such as your chosen plan and the currency you are shown. They also record which link or friend referred you, if you arrived through one, so that referral credit is given. They are required for SnuggleTyme to work and cannot be switched off, and they are not used to track you around other websites.
With your consent we measure how the site is used, so we can see which pages and features help families and which do not. This is Google Analytics (delivered through Google Tag Manager) and PostHog. We also record which page or campaign first brought you to us. These cookies are for our own measurement only and are not used to advertise to you, and we do not use them to profile your child.
With your consent we use the Meta pixel, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, so we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and subscriptions. The Meta pixel sets cookies that identify your browser to Meta, and Meta may use that information for its own advertising purposes under its own privacy policy. Marketing cookies are never set unless you allow them, and choosing Reject turns them off. Nothing about your child is ever sent to Meta: no name, age, favourite animal, colour, theme, story content, or email address.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control above or at the bottom of our home page. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant cookies being set from then on and clears the ones we are able to remove. You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, though disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the service.
